Glossy images are cheap. Any company can show you a beautiful picture of a home, whether they have ever built one or not.
You usually learn the difference after the deposit is paid. The timeline slips. The finishes change. The home on your land looks nothing like the one on the screen.
So we made ourselves easy to check. For every build we publish the styled render beside a photo of that exact home, delivered. Same home, real land, real owners. No concept images of homes that never existed.

Our story
Building the same promise since 2018.
We started converting containers in 2018, when a site office with some flair turned into something people wanted to live in. More than 100 homes later, the job has not changed. Take the home someone has pictured for years and build it exactly.
Every home is built at our depots in the Western Cape and Gauteng. Off-site means your home goes up in a controlled workshop, not on your land in the weather. You visit the build, the build never invades your life.
From those two depots we have delivered across South and Southern Africa. Farm land, coastal plots, mountain sites. If a truck can reach your land, we can put a finished home on it.

A home is the biggest amount most people will ever hand to a stranger. These four promises are how we make that safe.
A fixed price before work starts
Barring any unexpected surprises or changes from your side, you sign one number. That number does not grow halfway through the build.
You approve the design first
Every layout, finish and fitting is agreed in writing before we build. You get what you signed, not our interpretation of it.
Built off-site, away from your garden
No rubble on your plot, no strangers at your gate for a year. Your home arrives finished.
A move-in date you can hold us to
Most homes are complete in 2 to 3 months. Larger homes take longer. You get the date in writing.
