WHERE WE

DELIVER

We deliver throughout South and Southern Africa. We export to most countries which include Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, and any country reachable by land or sea.

OUR PROCESS IS SIMPLE

PRICING

1. Have a look at our brochure and choose an option. If none of the options are suitable, we can help with a new design.
2. Lets do an estimate. Let us know where we need to build, when you want to start, and approximately what is your ideal budget.
3. If the estimate is within your budget, send us a copy of your Title Deed for the plot. We need to check if a container home will be allowed, and also what the local rules and regulations are.

BUILDING PLANS SUBMISSION

1. Let’s get the planning done and approved. We have architects that will take care of the whole process. From the design, plot layout, electrical layout etc. to municipal submissions and approvals. This is an extra cost, and the architect will work with you directly.
2. NHBRC Registration – extra cost

MANUFACTURING

1. Lets start building!! After receiving the municipal approvals, we can start manufacturing the containers. While we are manufacturing off site, we are also busy with the site preparations, foundations, Utilities connections, and site clearing

INSTALLATION

1. It’s installation time!
Once the foundations are complete and the containers are ready, we schedule a delivery and installation date. We take care of everything. That includes transport, crane hire, etc. etc. This is really an exciting day!
2. Roof, deck etc.
Once the containers are placed, waterproofed, welded, etc. we can start with the external stuff. This would include erecting the roof, and installing the deck (if required) We also arrange for the qualified plumper and electrician to connect the home to the utilities. These are outsourced services and not included in our pricing.
3. Building inspection by the municipality also happens during this time. We take care of everything!!

HANDOVER

Once the container home is finished, roof erected, deck built, utilities connected, it’s Handover Day! We pre-plan this date, and this is where you will inspect the home for any snags. It is also when you receive the keys to your new home.
